The Auditorium of Badaguan was built in 1959, with a construction area of more than 10,000 square meters. It adopted the design drawings of the Great Hall of the People in Beijing and is a hall building with ethnic characteristics. It is commonly known as the "Stone City" among Qingdao people.

Inside, there are lofty auditoriums, banquet halls and large conference rooms. Due to political and economic reasons, its construction was suspended, resulting in its unique appearance like a "semi-finished product".

It is a large political banquet hall in Qingdao. Events such as National Day receptions are held here. Party and state leaders have held meetings or attended banquets here.
