This tourist landscape belt under construction is another golden tourist coastal landscape line following the urban seaside landscape belt and the coastal landscape belt of Shilaoren. In the western part of this landscape belt, due to the sedimentation of Taipingjiao Cape, a soft and fine beach has been formed (that is, the Third Bathing Beach). While in the eastern coast, due to the effect of marine erosion, there are craggy reefs and steep cliffs, as if cut by knives and axes.

The waves are surging and the water is turbulent. Whenever there is a big tide in autumn, the terrifying waves lash the embankment, with huge waves reaching the sky, which is truly spectacular. The "Autumn Tides at Yandao" was named after this and was one of the ten early scenic spots in Qingdao. However, after the Beihai Shipyard was built later, this landscape was damaged.
