The Former Residence of Wen Yiduo, also known as "Yiduo Building", is located on the campus of Ocean University of China in Qingdao. It is a small building in an earthy-yellow color. In June 1930, Wen Yiduo was invited to come to Qingdao University, serving as a professor, dean of the College of Liberal Arts and head of the Department of Chinese.
In this two-story German-style small building where he lived, apart from teaching, he began to conduct in-depth research on "The Book of Songs" and "The Songs of Chu". He also completed works such as "Annotations on the Chronological Table of Du Shaoling", "Annotations on 'Li Sao'", "New Interpretations of 'The Book of Songs'" and the long poem "Miracle". In the summer of 1932, Wen Yiduo left Qingdao.
