It is located between the mountain and the sea in the Olympic Sailing Center, with a building area of 9,359.8 square meters. There are two floors above ground and one floor underground.
It is divided into two major parts, namely the indoor exhibition area and the outdoor exhibition area, and consists of eight sections including the display exhibition area, the interactive teaching area, the exchange exhibition hall, the academic activity hall and the public service area.
The sunlight hall on the west side of the building has a unique shape, just like a camera recording the moments when the sails are rotating frame by frame and combining them in the same time and space.
