Qingdao Guanhai Mountain Park

Guanhai Mountain is located in the western part of the urban area, with an altitude of 66 meters. During the period when Qingdao was occupied by Germany, a golf course was built on the mountain, so it was called "Ball-throwing Mountain". After Japan occupied Qingdao, its name was changed to "Hachiman Mountain". In 1922, when China regained Qingdao, an observation deck overlooking the sea was built on the top of this mountain, and it was officially named "Guanhai Mountain". Covering an area of about 5.67 hectares (85 mu), it is the smallest among the ten mountain-top parks in Qingdao.

There are flourishing flowers and trees in the park. There is a deep and secluded flower corridor, with murals on both sides that are dozens of meters long and themed on the underwater world. Among the flowers and trees, there is a small and delicate observation deck, from which you can fully take in the views of this scenic area.
