The Seaside Sculpture Park is located on the coast of the Yellow Sea in the eastern new area of Qingdao City. It consists of two parts: an indoor sculpture art gallery and an outdoor sculpture park. The total planned area is 8 hectares, with a total investment of over 40 million yuan. Among them, the indoor area is more than 3,800 square meters, mainly collecting excellent modern and contemporary sculptures from both China and abroad. The park displays outstanding outdoor sculpture artworks from home and abroad, and its main function is to showcase the representative works and masterpieces of Chinese modern and contemporary sculptors in the 20th century.

There are two sightseeing routes set up along the long axis direction of the park. One is a sightseeing route along the coastal line, equipped with flat pedestrian paths for tourists to enjoy the sea view. Meanwhile, garden features such as squares, sculpture corridors, sculpture flower beds, and stone carving lighting fixtures are also developed. The other sightseeing route is the main pedestrian path that runs through the green areas of the park. It undulates with the terrain, and along the way, there are sculptures, rest squares, pools, waterfalls, green walls, underwater green sculptures, sculpture exhibition areas, dry pool areas paved with cobblestones, and tree-lined paths. In the middle is a sunken square pool, providing tourists with a pleasant outdoor resting space. The unique square, neatly trimmed plant sculptures, naturally winding brooks, waterfalls and regular pool squares fully reflect the European gardening techniques and are in harmonious unity with the urban style of Qingdao.
