Qingdao West Coast Ecological Tourist Park is located on the west side of the Lingshan Bay Film and Television Cultural Industry Zone in the Qingdao West Coast New Area, at No. 3666 East Jiaozhou Bay Road, and at the intersection of East Jiaozhou Bay Road and Shanhai Road. It enjoys unique natural environment and geographical location. The park is part of the first phase of Huashan Tourist Resort (covering an area of about 4,000 mu).
It occupies an area of more than 1,500 mu and is invested and operated by West Coast Modern Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Qingdao West Coast Development Group. Taking "flower seas, gardens, mountain masses and water systems" as ecological elements and centering on the theme of "slow life", it prominently showcases the themes of "parent-child entertainment, creative agriculture, leisure sports and film and television services".
