Also known as "Xiàqīng Gōng" or "Xià Gōng", it is located at the foot of Laojun Peak on the southern slope of Laoshan Mountain and has a history of more than two thousand years.
It includes the memorial archway of Taiqing Palace, the old mountain gate and three courtyards - the Hall of the Three Officials, the Hall of the Three Pure Ones, the Hall of the Three Emperors, the Yuanjun Pavilion, the Bell Tower, and the Drum Tower, etc.
The Hall of the Three Officials enshrines the statues of the Heavenly Official, the Earthly Official and the Water Official; the Hall of the Three Pure Ones enshrines the statues of the Moral Heavenly Venerable, the Primordial Heavenly Venerable and the Numinous Treasure Heavenly Venerable; the Hall of the Three Emperors enshrines the statues of Fuxi, Shennong and Xuanyuan.
