The former site of Heishi Restaurant.

Built in 1924, it is a French-style building. It is said that it was originally a French foreign firm. The building area is 770 square meters. It has two floors and is three floors in some parts. It has a symmetrical layout, with a courtyard in front separated from the street.

In 1932, Heishi Restaurant went bankrupt due to poor management and was purchased by Jiang Ruxin, a Western medicine doctor who had dropped out of the former Deutsch-Chinesische Hochschule in Qingdao in his early years. He then opened the Ruxin Hospital named after himself, which specialized in internal medicine. Now it is a kindergarten in the Shinan District of Qingdao.
