The Binhai Boardwalk Route

Route: From Zhanqiao Pier to May 4th Square.

Features: The whole journey is about 11 kilometers long and takes about 3 hours to walk. Along the way, you will pass by iconic scenic spots such as Zhanqiao Pier, Lu Xun Park, the First Bathing Beach, and Badaguan. You can have a panoramic view of Qingdao's coastal scenery and also enjoy the beautiful sea view and urban landscape.

The Route Along Laoshan Mountain

Route: Yangkou Scenic Area of Laoshan Mountain - Changling Village (8 km) - Yakou (13 km) - Bashihe Scenic Area - Liuqinghe Parking Lot (22 km) - Dahedong Customer Service Center (25 km).

Features: This is a coastal hiking route. You can walk all the way from Yangkou to Liuqinghe Beach. Along the way, you will pass by famous ancient villages such as Diaolongzui and Qingshan Village. You can enjoy the magnificent mountain and sea scenery of Laoshan Mountain and the simple fishing village scenery.

The Route of Tangdao Bay Coastal Park

Route: Wuchuan Heavy Industry - Xiangtou - Daqiaodao Island - Nansha - Golden Beach - Shimenzui - Silver Beach - Tangdao Bay Park (about 30 km in total).

Features: Located on the west coast of Qingdao, it is a sub-park of the Qingdao International Horticultural Exposition. With beautiful scenery, it is an excellent outdoor camping site. Along the way, you can enjoy various coastal landscapes such as islands, beaches, and bays.

The Dagu River Route

Route: The middle section of the Dagu River - Sunshou Town - Chanzhi Reservoir.

Features: The Dagu River is the mother river of Qingdao. The whole journey is about 23 kilometers long and takes about 5 hours to walk. The scenery along the river is breathtaking. There are egrets flying gently, lush reeds, and a harmonious ecology. You can feel the strong beauty of natural ecology.

The Route from Donghai Hotel to Taiping Cape

Route: Shanhaiguan Road - Zhengyangguan Road - Hanguan Road - Ningwuguan Road - Zijin Guan Road - Jiayuguan Road.

Features: The whole journey is about 6.9 kilometers long and takes about 1.5 hours to walk. It is surrounded by the sea on three sides and connected to the land on one side. It is adjacent to the First Bathing Beach on the left and the Second Bathing Beach on the right, and backs on Huiquan Mountain. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of green mountains, blue seas, white buildings, green trees, and seagulls flying by the windows.

The Route from the Olympic Sailing Center to the Sculpture Park

Route: Olympic Sailing Center - Polar Ocean World - Sculpture Park.

Features: The whole journey is 6.4 kilometers long and takes about 1.4 hours to walk. This place is the original site of Beihai Shipyard. It is adjacent to May 4th Square and Donghai Road. The famous scenic spot in the city, "Yandao Autumn Tide", is located at the southeast corner of Yandao Mountain in the base. It is surrounded by mountains and faces the sea, with beautiful scenery.

The Route from Xiaoyu Mountain to the Catholic Church

Route: Xiaoyu Mountain - Daxue Road - European Style Street - Catholic Church.

Features: The whole journey is 4.9 kilometers long and takes about 1.2 hours to walk. Standing on Xiaoyu Mountain, you can have a panoramic view of the beautiful scenery of Qingdao. This route allows you to experience different sceneries in the development history of Qingdao and feel the communication and expression of Chinese and Western cultures in Qingdao.
